Rationale

1. Similar program has been conducting in other school with more or less the same intake of students and location. Remarkable results have been achieved in public examination and school campus.
2. The program will directly benefit students in the school and it is sustainable in the sense that students’ capabilities developed will lay a strong foundation of learning English in a Chinese-medium school.

Objectives

Through the introduction of this program, we hope that in the end we can;

1. Boost students’ confidence in speaking English in all kinds of activities
2. Equip students with the basic capabilities to communicate in English in different occasions.
3. Broaden students’ horizon of learning current affairs in English
4. Develop a culture of English Learning
